Itinerary

Your adventure begins when we pick you up from your hotel at 8 a.m. and we make our way to the Moray Agricultural Laboratory. This beautiful trip lasting approximately one hour and 30 minutes takes us past the snow-capped peaks of the Andes, lush fields of Andean produce crops, and some picturesque towns.

Moray’s three amphitheater-type terraces made by the Incas are fascinating. Carved deep into the earth in the shape of a bowl, the terraces were used to create optimal conditions for cultivation.

Our second stop will be the Salineras de Maras, at an elevation of 3,380 meters (over 11,000 feet) above sea level. The 3 thousand salt wells, dug by hand on an imposing mountain, are one of the 4 places in the world where pink salt is extracted, using the ancestral technique of the Incas.

After this, we make our way to Chinchero, where we will begin to walk with our Llamas and Alpacas. On this tour, you will have the opportunity to take photos and videos, and even walk with your own Llama or Alpaca. The walk lasts 1 hour until we reach our lodge, where we will have a delicious picnic with flavors Andean and organic with incredible views of the sacred valley. Later in the afternoon, we will return to Cusco

Highly recommended for families with children.

Enjoy with us the magic of the Andes something different than a traditional 100% local tour

We will pick you up in our private Alpaca Trek Adventures van, directly from your hotel at around 8 a.m. The van will be waiting for you at each stop when you are ready to continue. We will return you directly back to your hotel.
